Emotional Intelligence & Group Dynamics

This course deepens a focus on the leader as a person in relation to others by weaving together group dynamics concepts and techniques and the emotional intelligence (EI) aspects that undergird them. It uses the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) and 1-on-1 EI coaching to help leaders deepen their practice and understanding of self – both of which are required unless the participant has already had these in Module 1.  

The registration deadline is 3 weeks prior to the class start date. In the event of a cancellation and the ESCI has been started a fee of $225 will be retain from any refund amount.
