You’ve completed FTL Essentials; the learning has begun, but the real integration happens in practice. We’re inviting you into a small next step that offers space to reflect, ask questions, and deepen what you’ve already begun.
The Integration-With-Mentor, for FTL graduates program pairs you with an IMN faculty companion for three monthly one-on-one conversations. Together you’ll explore how the tools, postures, and frameworks of FTL are showing up in your real ministry setting; especially in the places that feel complex, tender, or still unfinished. Additional sessions are available if you’d like to continue beyond the initial three months.
If you’re wondering whether this next step might serve you, we’d love to talk with you. What part of your transitional work feels most challenging right now? Let’s explore whether a mentoring partnership could help meet you there.

Continue the journey below, begin with the Starter Commitment package. You can always return and choose the right path for you.
Each mentoring session is a 60-minute one-on-one conversation with an IMN faculty companion. (Additional time per session can be negotiated between the graduate and mentor)
A three-session minimum is required so there is time for trust, reflection, and integration to take root.
