There are many stresses in the lives of congregations and those who lead them and our work together can feel divisive, conflictual, and emotionally charged. Now, more than ever, it’s important for transitional leader practitioners to be highly competent relationally.  In offering this training, IMN aligns its mission to equip and support those who lead during times of transition by embracing the former Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations (EQHR) Center’s mission “to increase the effectiveness of leaders within faith-based communities through experiential development of emotional intelligence (EQ) competencies and human relations (HR) skills.”
