Grace Presbyterian Church in Walnut Creek, California, is seeking a faithful and experienced Interim Pastor to lead our vibrant congregation of approximately 140 members through a season of transition and discernment. Rooted in the Reformed tradition and guided by a spirit of welcome, worship, and service, we are looking for a pastor who can provide inspiring preaching, compassionate pastoral care, effective staff and volunteer leadership, and skilled session moderation. The ideal candidate will help our congregation honor its heritage, strengthen its ministry, and thoughtfully prepare for the next chapter in our life together.

This full-time interim position calls for an ordained PC(USA) Teaching Elder, or minister from a Formula of Agreement partner denomination, with interim ministry training and a strong understanding of Presbyterian polity. The Interim Pastor will guide a comprehensive mission study, nurture spiritual growth through worship and teaching, support media and outreach ministries, and foster healthy relationships throughout the congregation.
